Issue 33 Announcements and Pre-Sale!!

We are excited to announce the featured and contributing artists for Issue 33! We have two main features and two mini-features this time. Our first main featured interview is with photographer Tawny Chatmon. Tawny is a photographer based in Annapolis, Maryland. Her hand-painted large-scale photographs combine elements of portraiture with Art Deco, Pre-Raphaelite influences. The second main feature is with Polish printmaker, Karol Pomykała. Karol is known for his finely detailed dot-style linocut prints.
And we have two other shorter interviews as well. The first is with German artist, Anna Malina Zemlianski. In addition to a short interview, Anna has created a special edition risograph, a video still from her video, Flowered Nightmare. Anna is also well known for her GIF and video work. This risograph print is connected to an augmented reality video through the app Artivive. If you have the app, you can point your camera at the image and it will come to life in your hands! It’s magic. You can purchase the FLOWERED NIGHTMARE RISOGRAPH by itself or as a package with Issue 33 while supplies last. The risographs were printed by Oddities Prints in Kansas City.
And finally, we have a short interview with French printmaker, Emilie Aizier, inventor of the Kitchen Litho process. We speak with Emilie and present the winners of the Kitchen Litho Prize for 2019-20.
